Overview

Pathway Legal Recruitment is working with an established general practice seeking a Family Solicitor to join its growing team.

With an increasing workload and continued expansion, this is an opportunity to take on a varied family law caseload and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. The role can be based in Derry/Londonderry, Omagh or Strabane.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Provide clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout their cases.
• Prepare legal documentation, correspondence and court papers.
• Liaise with counsel, courts and other professionals to progress matters effectively.
• Contribute to the continued development of the firm’s family law practice.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law.
• Strong communication skills and a sensitive, approachable manner when supporting clients.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
