Overview

Pathway Legal is working with a local Belfast law firm seeking Solicitors with up to 2 years’ PQE to join its growing insurance litigation team.

This is an opportunity to develop your career within a local practice while gaining experience acting for leading insurers. The work covers a range of insurance litigation matters, with opportunities to gain experience in motor, employers’ liability and public liability claims as your experience develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance litigation matters on behalf of insurer clients, with responsibility appropriate to your experience.

• Work on motor claims, with opportunities to develop experience across employers’ liability and public liability matters.

• Maintain accurate files and manage deadlines effectively.

• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

• Contribute to the work of the specialist insurance litigation team.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Solicitor, from newly qualified level up to 2 years’ PQE.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• An interest in developing a career in insurance litigation.
