Overview

Pathway Legal is working with a boutique commercial law firm in Belfast city centre to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate.

The firm handles high-value, complex commercial litigation of the kind typically undertaken by larger commercial firms in Belfast and Dublin. This opportunity offers close involvement in substantial disputes, alongside scope to grow into a more senior role within the practice.

The Role

You will work closely with a Partner and Legal Director, supporting them on high-value and complex commercial litigation matters.

The role offers the opportunity to develop your experience within a specialist practice whose wider work includes corporate and commercial transactions, business acquisitions and restructuring.

The Person

This opportunity would suit a solicitor with relevant commercial litigation experience who is keen to develop their expertise and progress within a boutique firm.

You will bring:

• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.

• A careful and organised approach to complex legal matters.

• The ability to work closely with senior colleagues and build effective client relationships.

• An interest in taking on greater responsibility as your experience develops.
