Legal Executive – Personal Injury Litigation

Pathway Legal is recruiting a Legal Executive on behalf of a progressive law firm based in Dublin City Centre.

The firm specialises in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence litigation and offers a supportive team structure, a client-focused culture and a modern, paperless working environment.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Legal Executive looking to broaden their skills and support solicitors across a varied litigation caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with the daily management and progression of their caseloads.

• Handling incoming calls from clients and third parties.

• Preparing briefs for hearings.

• Engrossing pleadings.

• Liaising with barristers regarding hearing dates.

• Scheduling settlement meetings and client consultations.

• Completing digital dictation.

Essential Criteria

• Experience supporting Personal Injury Litigation caseloads.

• Strong case management skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Good typing skills and confidence using office technology.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• A positive, proactive approach and a strong commitment to client care.

Desirable Criteria

• Ideally 3–5 years’ Personal Injury Litigation experience.

• A law degree.
