Conveyancing Solicitor

Overview

Pathway Legal is working with a busy, established law firm in South Belfast that is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team.

You will work alongside an experienced solicitor in a department with a strong flow of work. The firm would ideally like to speak with solicitors who have a few years’ post-qualification experience, although it is open to considering candidates at different stages of their careers. Experience in probate would be useful but is not essential.

This is an office-based role. Salary will be discussed with candidates and is flexible for the right person.

The role

• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Working closely with colleagues to progress a busy caseload and meet key deadlines
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Providing clear, practical advice and a high standard of client service
• Assisting with probate matters where experience allows

The person

• A qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Ideally a few years’ PQE, although the firm will consider relevant experience
• Organised and comfortable working in a busy department
• Confident communicating with clients and managing competing priorities
• Probate experience would be an advantage, but is not required
