Plaintiff Personal Injury Solicitor

Overview

Pathway Legal is recruiting on behalf of an established law firm seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to manage a caseload from initial instruction through to settlement or hearing.

The successful candidate can be based in either the Belfast or Newry office. The role offers a four-day working week following successful completion of probation, with no reduction in pay or benefits.

The Role

• Managing and progressing personal injury claims.

• Advising clients on claims, funding options and court procedures.

• Liaising with insurers, medical experts, third-party representatives and counsel.

• Negotiating settlements, preparing proceedings and attending hearings.

• Meeting agreed targets and maintaining high standards of client care and compliance.

The Person

A Solicitor with relevant litigation experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.45am–5.15pm during probation, moving to a four-day, 30-hour week following successful completion.
