Overview
Our client is a well-respected and busy commercial law firm in Belfast, looking to grow their probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1–2 years PQE to join a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied probate caseload, including estate administration and related advisory work
- Liaising with clients, executors, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and related probate documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to provide holistic legal advice
- Contributing to the development and growth of the probate team
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified solicitor with 1–2 years PQE
- Previous experience in probate or private client work
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
