Senior Solicitor – Corporate

Pathway Careers are delighted to be working with a leading Northern Ireland firm who are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team based in either Derry or Omagh.

This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE through to Director level who has strong corporate/commercial experience and is looking for the opportunity to progress their career within a successful and growing team.

The successful candidate will work with a varied commercial client base, advising on a broad range of corporate matters and playing a key role in the continued development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters.

• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructuring and general corporate transactions.

• Providing commercially focused legal advice to business clients.

• Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Supporting the continued growth and success of the corporate department.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.

• Strong corporate/commercial experience gained within a recognised practice.

• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to manage complex matters.

• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.

• Ambition to progress within a senior role with potential leadership opportunities.
