Our client, a thriving Portadown-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 10+ years PQE looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional client service at all times.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and related legal documents.

• Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties such as banks, estate agents, and local authorities.

• Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices.

• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team as required.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor with 10+ years PQE in conveyancing.

• Strong experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.

• Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to a hybrid working environment.
