Overview
Our client, a well-respected and established law firm based in Lurgan, is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a legal office environment. While prior legal office experience is advantageous, it is not essential, the firm has successfully trained previous receptionists in-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining the reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to solicitors and support staff
- Managing filing, scanning, and document handling as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy office environment
- A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach
Legal office experience is desirable but not required — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
