Real Estate Solicitor

Overview

Our client, a well-established commercial law firm in Belfast, is seeking a solicitor with 4–6 years PQE to join their Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of property transactions, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property agreements

• Conduct due diligence, title investigations, and property risk assessments

• Provide strategic advice on complex transactions

• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction completion

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor with 4–6 years PQE in real estate or property law

• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions, commercial leases, and development projects

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

• Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
