Overview
A prestigious Belfast law firm is seeking a
versatile Paralegal to support its team across Personal Injury, Employment
Law, and Conveyancing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
paralegal looking to develop a broad legal skill set while contributing to a
busy and professional legal team.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to solicitors across Personal Injury
(PI), Employment, and Conveyancing cases. - Draft and review legal documents including letters of claim,
settlement agreements, contracts, and conveyancing documentation. - Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports.
- Assist with court, tribunal, and regulatory filings where required.
- Manage client communications professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate case records and assist with compliance and file
management. - Support fee earners with general administrative and case management
duties.
Essential
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role
in a law firm. - Experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Conveyancing
highly desirable. - Strong legal research, drafting, and administrative skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to
prioritise workload. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft
Office. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
