Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

Provide dedicated secretarial support to a solicitor handling personal injury and credit hire claims
Prepare and amend legal documents, letters, and court forms with accuracy and attention to detail
Organise and maintain both paper and electronic client files

Client and Case Coordination

Liaise professionally with clients, barristers, courts, and third parties
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, and emails
Coordinate appointments, court dates, and diary schedules

Administrative Excellence

Ensure case deadlines and compliance requirements are met
File, archive, and retrieve case materials as needed
Maintain confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism at all times

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a legal secretary role within litigation, ideally with PI or credit hire exposure
Proficient in legal procedures, court forms, and document production
Fast and accurate typing and a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills and a calm, client-focused approach
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
