Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor
to join a leading commercial law firm with a strong presence in Northern
Ireland. The role is open to solicitors with 2 years + PQE in Property. You
will work on a variety of high profile property transactions, including
acquisitions, sales, development, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate
finance. This is an ideal position for a proactive solicitor eager to build
expertise in a fast paced, high quality commercial property team.

 

Key
Responsibilities

  • Advising
    clients on a full range of commercial property matters.
  • Drafting,
    reviewing, and negotiating commercial property agreements and contracts.
  • Managing
    and developing your own caseload with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Working
    on high profile and complex property transactions.
  • Collaborating
    with colleagues across offices and practice areas.
  • Liaising
    with clients, counterparties, and other parties in a professional and
    efficient manner.
  • Supporting
    business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s thought
    leadership.

 

Essential
Skills and Experience

  • Qualified
    solicitor with commercial property experience (ideally 2 years + PQE).
  • Strong
    drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Client
    focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team
    player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment
    to professional development and staying up to date with property law.
