The business is growing, and they’re seeking a Claims Handler / Accident Management Specialist to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Claims Management

Manage the full lifecycle of non-fault claims, from first contact to resolution
Provide regular updates and support to clients throughout the process

Vehicle Hire and Repairs Coordination

Arrange like-for-like hire vehicles
Liaise with garages to coordinate and monitor vehicle repairs

Legal and Administrative Support

Collaborate with a panel of solicitors on related legal aspects
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

Client Service

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication throughout

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience in credit hire, accident management, or claims handling is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a client-focused attitude
