Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property

Pathway Legal are delighted to be working with a leading Northern Ireland firm who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team based in either Derry or Omagh.

This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE through to Director level who has strong commercial property experience and is looking for the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments and investment transactions.

• Handling complex property transactions from inception through to completion.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Providing commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients.

• Supporting the growth and development of the property department.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.

• Strong commercial property experience gained within a reputable practice.

• Excellent technical ability and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and client management skills.

• Ability to manage complex matters independently.

• Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role.
