Litigation Solicitor – Personal Injury

Pathway Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a busy and established Belfast City Centre law firm who are seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation who is looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and successful practice.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload with a focus on industrial disease, clinical negligence and plaintiff personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
• Handling industrial disease and clinical negligence claims
• Working on plaintiff accident at work cases
• Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for settlement or litigation
• Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE
• Experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on personal injury work
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
