Overview

Our client, a leading law firm in Belfast, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal or Solicitor to join their team on a temporary/locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with employment law expertise to support a busy practice for a fixed period, gaining exposure to a range of employment matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support employment law cases, including tribunal claims, advisory work, and dispute resolution.

• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries with precision.

• Conduct employment law research and assist in developing case strategies.

• Liaise confidently with clients, witnesses, and external parties.

• Maintain accurate and organised case files in line with firm and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience in employment law, either as a paralegal or solicitor.

• Strong drafting, research, and case management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

• Professional and proactive approach with strong client-care skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.
