A well-established legal services provider is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in East, Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in claimant personal injury or motor claims to manage a stable caseload within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury and motor claims, including associated losses.

• Progress matters in accordance with relevant Pre-Action Protocols.

• Negotiate settlements with insurers and defendant representatives.

• Liaise with medical experts, engineers, and other professionals.

• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.

• Maintain accurate case management records and progress claims efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales.

• Experience handling claimant personal injury or motor claims.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent client care and organisational ability.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience handling road traffic accident claims.

• SRA approved.

• Knowledge of current personal injury valuation and case law.

• Experience using case management systems.
