Overview
A highly respected, full-service law firm in Dublin is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Property & Insolvency team. The firm acts for financial institutions, private funds, receivers, asset managers, and private clients, providing an excellent platform for an NQ to develop specialist expertise and grow their career in property and real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with property and insolvency transactions, including drafting loan agreements, security documentation, contracts for sale, and corporate documents

Prepare and lodge documents for the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
-
Support transaction completions and liaise with clients, banks, and internal teams
-
Work closely with partners and senior solicitors in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Manage ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
-
Qualified solicitor (NQ)
-
Exposure to property, conveyancing, or real estate finance during training contracts or previous roles advantageous

Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Commercial awareness and ability to work flexibly to meet client needs

Competent in Microsoft Office
