Key Responsibilities

• Handle construction-related disputes, including contractual claims, adjudications, and court proceedings.

• Draft legal documents and manage case strategy.

• Advise clients on risk, strategy, and commercial implications of disputes.

• Support team development and mentor junior lawyers.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 2–6 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial litigation.

• Experience in construction dispute resolution is essential.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
