Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, including contested construction matters.

• Prepare pleadings, legal submissions, and advise on litigation strategy.

• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Support senior lawyers on high-value matters.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation.

• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience in construction litigation and ADR is advantageous.
