A leading top-tier commercial law firm is currently seeking ambitious Corporate Solicitors (2–6 years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate & M&A team in Dublin.
This is an exceptional opportunity for talented corporate lawyers looking to work on high-profile domestic and international transactions within a market-leading practice. The successful candidates will advise an impressive client base including multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, private equity providers, financial institutions, state bodies, and investors.
The team is recognised for delivering innovative, technology-driven legal solutions and offers exposure to some of the most complex and prestigious corporate transactions in the Irish market.
Key Responsibilities
Private and Public M&A
Advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic investments.
Capital Markets & Equity Transactions
Supporting on equity capital markets matters, governance issues, and public company advisory work.
Private Equity, Venture Capital & Growth Equity
Working with investors, sponsors, and growth-stage companies on funding rounds and strategic investments.
Corporate Governance & Advisory
Providing strategic advice across corporate restructures, governance, company law, and broader commercial matters throughout the business life-cycle.
Collaborative Client Solutions
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative, technology-led legal solutions to clients.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE
- Strong corporate law experience gained within a medium or large commercial firm in Ireland or the UK
- Excellent academic background
- Proven technical expertise across corporate transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation ability
- Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
