Pathway is partnering with a forward-thinking, expanding law firm to recruit a Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor for their Derry/Londonderry or Omagh office. Key Responsibilities

Residential & Commercial Conveyancing

  • Manage a caseload from instruction to completion

  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and land registrations

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

  • Ensure all legal and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time

Probate & Private Client

  • Administer estates from Grant of Probate to final distribution

  • Advise on wills, powers of attorney, and inheritance planning

  • Prepare and review wills and trusts according to client instructions

  • Work closely with families, executors, and beneficiaries professionally and compassionately

Client Care & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear, personable communication

  • Maintain high service standards and attention to detail

  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland

  • Experience in conveyancing and/or probate (all levels of PQE considered)

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and client-focused attitude

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to legal practice
